Custom Synthesis
Our company provides custom synthesis of almost any organic compound, including starting materials, intermediates, and derivatives of lead compounds. Compounds can be made in scales ranging from multi-gram to several tons. The customers are welcome to provide literature methods or their own synthesis routes, which will be a great help to shorten the time and to reduce the price. If no technical information about the product you want is available, our R & D Department can give an estimate after the careful review.
Our R & D Department in Beijing will evaluate the synthesis methods and will provide an estimate of cost and delivery time. Usually, we will provide test samples of lab-scale first. If the samples are qualified through customer’s analysis, our R & D people will combine with our people from Production Department and may conduct the trial production and then batch production in our Zhangjiakou plant, according to the requirement by our customers. Although our success rate is over 98%, we still cannot guarantee that the product will be provided because of the unpredictable nature of organic synthetic chemistry. Of cause there will be no charge if the product is not obtained.
Contract Synthesis
The contract research is carried out where synthetic information is limited or unavailable. As required by the customers, our R & D people in Beijing will conduct literature research of target compounds firstly and then pertinent synthetic methods will be provided. If necessary, Our R & D people may conduct preliminary experiments to determine feasibility. If we mutually agree to pursue the project, a research agreement will be signed with the customers.
Our R & D Department will in charge of the project fully. Progress of the work is communicated at regular intervals, typically in written weekly or monthly, as required by the customers. Samples of intermediates are available on request at any stage of the synthesis. The project can be stopped at any time. Upon completion or termination of the project, we will provide a report (within one weeks) on the R&D conducted on the project (including literature search results, synthesis methods, purification methods, etc.). At the customer’s request we will also provide available intermediate compounds that were prepared. The cost of the project on its completion or termination, irrespective of result, will be shown.
